The successful Chef will be required to have a good understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques, as well as knowledge of hygiene regulations and health & safety regulations. They should be able to work with minimal guidance and take initiative when needed. The candidate must be able to manage their time effectively so that deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
