Barista Job in Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented barista to work in Ras-al-Khaimah. This position is open to both locals and foreigners. The successful candidate must have the skills and experience necessary to maintain an efficient and pleasant environment in our café.

Responsibilities

The Barista will be expected to serve customers by preparing hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks. Other duties include taking orders, providing customers with product information, ringing up purchases on the cash register, maintaining cleanliness of the café and its equipment, stocking supplies, and displaying products for sale. The Barista should also be able to provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, responding promptly and courteously to all requests.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess prior experience in the café industry, a friendly attitude towards customers as well as colleagues, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), knowledge of food safety practices, attention to detail when serving customers’ orders and an ability to work quickly under pressure. Additionally, the candidate should have a good understanding of how espresso machines work.

Salary

This position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month.
