The ideal candidate should have a degree in medicine or some related field, and at least three years of experience working as a doctor. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should also be familiar with medical regulations and procedures in Saudi Arabia.

The responsibilities of this role include providing direct medical care to patients, conducting examinations and diagnostics, treating diseases, prescribing medications, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in staff meetings and training sessions while representing the hospital in community events.
