We are currently looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team in a vibrant city.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality cuisine, whilst leading and inspiring the kitchen team. This role requires creativity, organisation and a passion for excellent food.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing menus that are creative, cost effective and in-line with customer expectations
* Creating detailed plans of kitchen operations
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
* Training, motivating and managing staff
* Controlling budgets and stock levels
* Working with suppliers to source the best ingredients

The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high quality restaurant or hotel
* An eye for detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of food hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work long hours when needed
