Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. They will be expected to ensure the highest standards of service and quality while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Description:

• Create menus that are creative, appealing, and cost-effective


• Manage a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff


• Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen


• Monitor food costs and take action to reduce expenses


• Order ingredients as needed from approved suppliers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.



• A culinary degree is preferred but not required.



• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.



• Good knowledge of safety regulations in the kitchen.



• We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience.
