We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1500 and we are ready to consider any immigrant for this role. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking, have excellent leadership and organization skills, possess a good understanding of food safety regulations, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. In addition, the ideal candidate should be able to manage kitchen employees and create effective menus.

Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff. This includes scheduling shifts, creating menus, ordering food supplies, supervising sanitation practices and ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing recipes and working with vendors to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. We also require that applicants possess strong culinary skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, experience with budgeting is preferred.
