We are looking for an experienced Welder in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for welding and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The position requires excellent welding skills and a solid understanding of the welding process. The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as operate welding equipment safely and effectively.

The successful applicant should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate good organizational abilities. Additionally, they should possess the ability to follow directions carefully and maintain quality standards during the welding process. Previous experience in a welding role is preferred but not required; we are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

The Welder will perform all types of welds on different materials such as steel, aluminum, plastic, or other metals using MIG, oxyacetylene (OAW), TIG or stick arc equipment. They will be responsible for selecting appropriate filler metal and flux for each job; set up the power supply settings; inspect parts before assembly; prepare surfaces for welding; join components together; repair broken or cracked parts; fabricate metal pieces from drawings; grind seams to remove imperfections; and use hand tools such as hammers, files or pliers when necessary.

This is a full-time position that pays 1300 AED/month plus overtime pay when applicable.
