Civil Engineer vacancy in Sharjah UAE

Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the construction of a wide range of projects, from roads, bridges and tunnels to buildings. This person must have experience in project management and be able to work with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of this role include:
• Developing detailed designs for civil engineering projects
• Undertaking feasibility studies
• Carrying out structural analysis and calculations
• Supervising the drafting and surveying teams during the design process
• Managing budgets and project costs
• Organizing materials procurement
• Providing technical advice on civil engineering issues
• Ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must have:
• A degree in civil engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a civil engineer.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
