We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual must possess the ability to quickly identify problems, develop solutions and lead teams to successful completion of tasks.

The Civil Engineer's main duties will include designing, maintaining, and overseeing the construction of roads, bridges, dams, buildings, and other structures. He or she will be responsible for developing plans with detailed drawings, calculations and cost estimates. In addition, this person must have the capacity to assess existing structures for safety or structural integrity concerns. In addition, he or she should be familiar with current codes and regulations governing construction activities in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills which are essential for working with contractors, clients and other stakeholders. He or she must also demonstrate strong problem solving abilities as well as the capacity to multitask on multiple projects at once. Finally, the Civil Engineer should have an eye for detail along with a commitment to quality in all areas of their work.
