We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from food preparation to recipe creation.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Executive Chef, including experience with international cuisines. You must also have demonstrated excellence in leading and motivating a team in a high-volume environment. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines is essential.

You will be expected to:
• Create innovative menus that meet customer demands
• Manage the kitchen staff, develop their skills and ensure they adhere to all food safety regulations
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order when necessary
• Maintain an organized work environment
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and explore new ingredients
