Job Title: Sommelier

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. We are willing to consider applicants from other countries who are willing to relocate. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine and knowledge of the most popular varieties, their flavors and characteristics.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing guests with wine recommendations, stocking and organizing the wine cellar, and providing general beverage service. The ideal candidate should also have an understanding of food pairing techniques.

The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as being able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests. They should be organized and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. A good knowledge of wine laws in the UAE is essential for this role.

Minimum work experience is essential for this position, though no specific qualifications are required. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. A good level of English language proficiency is essential for this role as the successful applicant will need to communicate clearly with guests from all over the world.
