This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for food and an eye for detail when it comes to food presentation. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a professional chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel, and must possess excellent organizational and management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff on a day-to-day basis including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, training, and handling disciplinary issues. S/he will ensure that all recipes are followed correctly and that only fresh ingredients are used in the preparation of meals. S/he will also be responsible for developing new menu items and for monitoring food inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.

Additionally, s/he will be expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhere to all safety standards, and work closely with the front of house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
