Executive Chef Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our award-winning restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, a passion for creating innovative dishes, and be able to manage a team of cooks and other kitchen staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen as an Executive Chef or similar role. They should have a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to ensure that these are adhered to by all kitchen staff. A diploma in culinary arts is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning and development, ordering supplies, quality control, food preparation, and staff management. They will also be responsible for developing new recipes and creating presentations for banquets and special events.

Salary & Benefits
