We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a true passion for the art of making coffee, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Barista must have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. They should be able to multi-task effectively, ensuring high-quality service and standards are maintained throughout their shift.

In addition to making espresso-based drinks, the Barista will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and adhere to all relevant health & safety guidelines.

Our ideal candidate should also have previous experience as a Barista in a busy café/restaurant environment, and possess good knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods. Upselling skills would also be beneficial.
