Barista Position in Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.


• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.


• Follow cafe recipes and standards.


• Deliver exceptional customer service.


• Resolve customer complaints in an effective manner.


• Maintain cleanliness of cafe area as well as equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of barista experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
