HR Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi


We are looking for an experienced and committed HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200, and we are willing to consider foreigners for the role.



As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees; ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; developing employee engagement strategies; organizing training sessions; overseeing payrolls; managing the performance appraisal process; and creating policies to ensure a safe working environment.



The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills and have a detailed understanding of labor laws. Additionally, you must have at least five years of experience in human resource management.
