Restaurant Manager Needed in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Requirements for the Applicant

The ideal candidate for this position should have a sound understanding of the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant, including menu planning, customer service, staff supervision, and financial management. They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to work under pressure. The successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, be highly organized and motivated, and have attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff supervision, customer service, menu planning, financial management and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Manager will ensure that all orders are placed timely and accurately while adhering to all health regulations. They will ensure that all staff is properly trained on proper food handling techniques as well as customer service standards. Additionally the Manager will need to keep track of inventory levels in order to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times.
