Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including customer service, staff supervision, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The primary role of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage the restaurant staff
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Develop strategies to increase customer base
• Maximize profits by controlling costs and optimizing sales
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
• Prepare reports on sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
