Manager Job in Abu Dhabi - 1200 Salary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual for a Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, superb organizational abilities, and the ability to think strategically. We are open to considering an immigrant, although minimal work experience is expected.

Responsibilities

Your primary role as Manager will be to ensure that the team meets its goals and objectives on time and within budget. You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and managing staff; handling customer inquiries; managing projects; creating reports; conducting regular performance reviews; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and providing support to staff as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have superb communication skills, a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, and have strong leadership capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a management position is preferred but not required.
