Barista job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service alongside preparing and serving beverages to customers, including coffee drinks, tea, and other hot and cold drinks. You must have great communication skills and interpersonal skills to develop a rapport with customers. Additionally, you should have strong organizational skills and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in the café or restaurant industry and be familiar with various types of coffee machines and brewing techniques. They should also be knowledgeable about the different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods to best serve customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, a good eye for detail when making beverages, and accuracy when taking orders. Additionally, you should possess strong multitasking abilities so that you can provide quick turnaround times on orders while still maintaining quality standards. You will also need to keep the café clean and organized throughout your shift.
