Restaurant Manager – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant and must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, budgeting and financial reporting
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met
• Train staff in food preparation techniques and recipe adherence
• Develop new menu items according to customer preferences
• Create sales promotions to drive business growth
• Manage customer complaints efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Monitor labor costs and ensure efficient use of resources

Salary: 1200 AED per month (We are ready to consider a foreigner)
