Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Ajman, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month plus benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a truck to transport goods from one destination to another. He/she must be able to follow all safety regulations and adhere to scheduled delivery times. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience as a truck driver. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Ensure safety of all cargo being transported
• Check vehicle for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Follow the daily schedule accurately and deliver goods in a timely fashion
• Load and unload cargo as needed while following safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of all paperwork related to the delivery process, such as delivery documents, invoices, etc.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries or pick-ups
• Follow local traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck

Requirements & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must hold a valid truck driver’s license
• At least two years of experience as a truck driver • Good knowledge of local roads and routes • Excellent driving skills with the ability to stay alert for long periods of time • Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems • Good communication skills • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
