Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain relationships with potential candidates. They should have an understanding of the recruitment process along with experience in using various recruitment techniques. Proven experience in working with diverse individuals is essential. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

- Source potential candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, job boards etc

- Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews with potential candidates

- Perform reference checks on potential candidates

- Evaluate applicants’ relevant experience, skills and aptitudes

- Negotiate salary packages with successful applicants

- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience

- Proven track record of successfully finding quality talent

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
