Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Abu Dhabi office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage the sales team, devise and implement effective sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Developing positive customer relationships and expanding customer base
• Negotiating with customers on pricing, discounts, delivery timescales and terms of business
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Analyzing sales figures/trends to forecast future sales and determine areas of improvement
• Supervising the sales team in order to achieve sales targets
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and surpass pre-set targets
• Ensuring team members comply with company policies and procedures
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and potential opportunities for new business.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role (no experience required)
• Demonstrable track record of success in meeting targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving ability

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
