We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have an important role in making sure the office runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment and start their professional career.



Needs for the Candidate


The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should also be knowledgeable about computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience as an office assistant is not required but may be beneficial.



Responsibilities


The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to other staff members.



Salary & Benefits


We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
