Position: Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the merchandising activities of our retail stores.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating store displays, developing promotional materials, setting up product shelves, and ordering supplies. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing product displays and promotions to maximize sales
• Ensuring products are presented in an attractive and informative manner
• Ensuring all products are properly labeled and priced correctly
• Keeping track of inventory levels and informing management when levels are low
• Maintaining open lines of communication with store management, vendors, suppliers, etc.
• Assisting with other tasks such as stocking shelves or organizing store backrooms when necessary
• Analyzing customer feedback to improve customer service levels
• Upholding the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in merchandising or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • High school diploma or equivalent
