Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and merchandising, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Merchandiser will work closely with our customers to ensure that we meet their needs. Responsibilities include:

• Developing effective promotional plans and merchandising solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
• Analyzing inventory levels and sales trends in order to make informed recommendations on product placement, pricing and promotion
• Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Generating reports on sales performance and trends
• Establishing strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles
