Position: Pastry Chef
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of creating a wide range of cakes, pastries and other desserts. The Chef must be committed to providing the highest quality of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake all types of cakes, pastries and desserts.
- Monitor food quality when it is prepared and presented.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in menu development as required.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients and equipment.
- Train junior staff on baking techniques as needed.
- Create new dessert recipes as requested by customers or management.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a pastry chef or baker in high end restaurants or hotels (at least 3 years).
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
- Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisine preferred.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work well with others in a fast paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen setting with tight deadlines is essential.
- Must be willing to consider immigrant applicants for this role.
