Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QR/month
Status: Full-Time
Immigrant Status: Willing to Consider

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field and must have a valid land surveying license. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and maintaining detailed survey notes, drawings and maps
• Establishing precise property boundaries using established surveying techniques and measuring devices
• Collecting field data such as topographical features, soil conditions and elevation points for use in construction projects or boundary surveys
• Calculating the area of sites using special software programs or manual measurement techniques
• Conducting title searches or other research related to land records
• Preparing legal descriptions of land boundaries for deeds, leases, mortgages or other land records

Qualifications:
• Valid land surveying license in Qatar is required
• Bachelor's degree in related field such as Geography, Civil Engineering or Surveying preferred but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in the field as a Land Surveyor
• Strong math skills with an excellent understanding of geometry and trigonometry
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain survey results verbally and through reports
