Supervisor Position Available in Doha

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective supervision of staff and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. The salary for this position is 1800 per month. We are open to considering a foreign applicant.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Enforcing safety regulations and work standards


• Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary action when necessary


• Providing feedback and coaching to staff


• Monitoring workflow, progress, and results


• Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures


• Identifying potential operational issues and taking corrective action as required


• Maintaining positive working relationships with staff and other departments

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an office environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
