Land Surveyor – Riyadh

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for mapping and measuring land areas.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, or a related field;
• Extensive experience of surveying and land measurement;
• A working knowledge of GIS systems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, drawings, and related documents.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail;
• Good problem solving skills;

The duties include:
• Utilize survey instruments such as total station, GPS receiver and digital level to collect data; • Analyze existing maps, aerial photographs, physical evidence in the field as well as other sources to identify land features; • Collect data about the landscape including measurements of terrain elevation, slope distance, angles between points etc.; • Prepare sketches that accurately describe features surveyed on the land for construction projects or boundary disputes; • Manage survey teams in the field by providing instructions and assistance with their tasks.

Salary: 1700 per month. We are ready to consider foreign candidates.
