Restaurant Manager for Dubai (1300 AED)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a popular restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff is properly trained and efficient
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and creating an enjoyable atmosphere
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that standards are met
• Develop new strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make changes accordingly
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices

Qualifications:
