Office Clerk Job in Abu-Dhabi


We are currently looking for a professional Office Clerk for our office based in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks.



Job Responsibilities:


• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

• Greet and welcome guests

• Answer questions and address complaints

• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.



Qualifications:


• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Working knowledge of office equipment

• Excellent Knowledge of English language; bilingualism is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational skills



Salary:


1600 AED/monthly
