Job Summary:

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the construction project, from planning and organization to budgeting and completion. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field


• Knowledge of construction principles and practices


• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead teams


• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant computer programs


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
