Job Description:

The primary responsibility of a Barista is to prepare hot and cold drinks following recipes. This includes brewing fresh coffee beans, blending ingredients for specialty drinks, ensuring high standards of drink presentation, and adhering to relevant health and safety practices. In addition, the Barista will take customers' orders accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude towards customers as well as colleagues.

Demands for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a barista or in customer service, knowledge of different types of coffee drinks, and familiarity with food handling regulations. In addition to these skills, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
