Office Manager Vacancy- Abu Dhabi


We are looking for an experienced office manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, managing the administrative and clerical staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will also be expected to liaise with different departments across the organization.



Job Description:


The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, including managing the administrative and clerical staff, organizing meetings and events, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining files and records, and answering telephone calls. They will also be expected to manage incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, order stationery supplies, and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.



Requirements for Candidate:


The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills as well as a good understanding of administrative processes. Previous experience in managing an office is essential. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
