Registered Nurse – Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the established standards and policies of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure that all medical interventions are properly carried out, that patient records are accurately maintained, and that patients receive the highest possible standard of care. Additionally, they will assist in maintaining a safe work environment, participate in quality assurance activities, and provide support to other members of the healthcare team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, performing treatments, and making decisions related to patient care.

• Monitor patient health conditions by assessing vital signs such as pulse rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration.

• Assist physicians in providing medical services such as conducting physical exams or diagnostic tests.

• Develop and implement patient care plans according to the orders of physicians.

• Observe changes in patient health status and respond accordingly.

• Educate patients about their health condition or treatment plan.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or documenting medical records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license from Abu-Dhabi (or eligible).
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, doctors, and other hospital staff members.
