Crane Operator – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating large mobile cranes to lift, move and place heavy materials.

The Crane Operator will need to be familiar with all safety regulations and have a good knowledge of the mechanics and functionality of cranes. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a variety of crane types, including tower and overhead cranes. In addition, the successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to read drawings to determine load weights and dimensions.

Responsibilities:
• Operate large mobile cranes to lift, move, position and place materials or equipment
• Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Read drawings to determine load weights, dimensions and placement requirements
• Adjust crane controls according to instructions
• Inspect crane components for damage or wear
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of all activities related to the crane operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Crane Operator
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations
• Ability to read drawings accurately and determine load weights/dimensions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not essential
