We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of customer service principles. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required. We are happy to consider immigrant candidates for this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising staff and ensuring daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to queries quickly and efficiently
• Resolving conflicts between staff members
• Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies when necessary
• Overseeing deliveries and collections from customers

The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box. Proficiency in English is essential.
