Supervisor Vacancy in Abu Dhabi


Job Description


We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position will require you to oversee and coordinate daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of service and performance. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working in a similar role. The salary for this position is 900.


Responsibilities:


• Manage daily operations of the organization by setting goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Implement strategies to improve customer service and quality control.

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback periodically.

• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

• Develop plans to improve the efficiency of operations.


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lead teams effectively.

• Computer literacy with working knowledge of relevant software.

• Willingness to consider a foreigner for the position.
