Supervisor - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an organized and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned department or team. This is a great opportunity for someone with no experience who is looking to develop their supervisory skills.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff, delegating tasks and overseeing employee performance.
• Monitor workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Train new staff on procedures, policies, and operations.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials.
• Support the management team in achieving organizational objectives.


Requirements:
• Knowledge of principles of supervision, management, and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: 1700 AED/month (Negotiable depending on experience)
