The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in the field and be able to work independently. The position will involve working on projects related to building construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure development.

The successful applicant should possess strong attention to detail and have an excellent understanding of building codes, technical drawings, blueprints, design plans, and CAD software. He or she should have the ability to think analytically, work with tight deadlines, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project's development. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, city planners and other stakeholders throughout the city.
