Salary: 1000 AED

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support in an office setting. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance to the company’s management team. This includes but is not limited to taking and transcribing dictation, preparing reports, filing documents, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and events and managing daily office operations. We are open to considering applicants from abroad and we expect minimal work experience from the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing; be highly organized; have strong computer skills including word processing programs; have the ability to multitask; be self-motivated and able to work independently; have a professional demeanor; possess good problem solving skills; be able to prioritize tasks efficiently; possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
