Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in providing administrative services.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
- Taking notes of minutes during meetings
- Handling daily administrative tasks such as filing documents, updating company records, organizing travel arrangements, etc.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English (verbal and written), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience as a secretary is required. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position with a salary of 1100 per month.
