Job Description

As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks as well as ensuring that the restaurant remains clean and presentable. You will also be expected to handle payments from customers, resolve any customer complaints or queries in a timely manner and help the kitchen staff with preparing dishes.

Requirements for the Candidate

The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting. Other desirable skills include good communication skills, good knowledge of food and drink menus and previous experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems. You must be able to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment.
