Barista Job in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be willing to work collaboratively with other staff members. Our Baristas will be responsible for making high-quality coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the cafe. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500.

Requirements

A successful candidate should possess:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.


• Knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and coffee art.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Ability to work well in a team environment.

We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks according to customer requests.
• Maintain and clean the cafe area before, during, and after each shift.
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menu information.
• Manage cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints or requests.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
