Barista - Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food in our café. You should have a passion for coffee and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. We are ready to consider a foreign candidate.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as Barista will include: greeting customers as they enter the café, taking orders, making coffee drinks based on customer requests, cleaning tables after guests leave, restocking supplies, preparing food items such as sandwiches or pastries, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to health and safety regulations. You should also be able to answer any questions customers may have about our products or services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have at least 1 year of experience as a barista. You should also possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of specialty coffee drinks and how to make them correctly. Other requirements include having an organized approach to work, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
