Job Title: Sommelier
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 1000 per month

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sommelier to join our award-winning restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for fine wines and spirits, will be an ambassador for the restaurant, and will provide superior service to our guests.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a sommelier in a high-end establishment or Michelin-starred restaurant. They should possess knowledge of international wines and be knowledgeable in pairings with the dishes we serve. The individual must also have an excellent understanding of wine service procedures and etiquette.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating wine lists, pairing dishes with appropriate wines, providing customers with advice on selecting wines, suggesting suitable alternatives, and keeping up to date with the latest developments in the wine industry. They will also be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control of all beverages served at the restaurant.

We are open to considering applications from immigrants who are willing to relocate to Dubai and meet all the necessary visa requirements.
