Executive Chef – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This position offers an excellent salary of 1300 AED/month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing menus and recipes, managing kitchen staff, ordering food supplies, ensuring food quality and safety standards, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. We will also consider applicants with no prior experience who demonstrate strong culinary skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. He/She must also have knowledge of health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is an advantage but not essential.
