Executive Chef – Dubai

We are a well-known restaurant in Dubai, and we are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month for this position. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation within our restaurant. You will be in charge of creating innovative new menu items while ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards and served in a timely fashion. Your duties will include supervising staff, ordering supplies, monitoring food costs, developing recipes, and providing guidance and direction to your team members. In addition, you will be expected to consistently evaluate kitchen operations in order to maximize efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience as a Head or Executive Chef in a professional kitchen setting. A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills as well as an eye for detail and quality. Finally, they must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English; any additional language abilities such as Arabic would be beneficial but not essential.
